Hi my name is Natalie. I started Alchemize Healing to assist others on their journey to healing. When we are unhealed we often have complex trauma which fragments the body, mind and soul. This is why many traditional treatment methods by themselves are not effective. I combine various modalities which are effective and tailored to each individual to assist them in getting to a place where trauma does not dominate their lives and they are no longer at the mercy of their environment and nervous system responses. It is possible to heal and create a fulfilling life after complex trauma and my own story of survival is testimony to the work I now do for others. You never have to be alone with this again.
